Smokefeather is a dilute silver/cream smoke tortoiseshell with white paws and chest, and gray-green eyes. The majority of her fur is shades of silvery-gray in color, with her front-right leg having mostly cream-colored fur that extends to the edge of her shoulder. Another patch of cream lies behind her left ear, and tabby ghosting is visible on the cream fur as well. There's a distinct patch of black along Smokefeather's face, running from her nose past her left eye and to her forehead. Darker fur is present around her ears and along her right flank and tail, as well, though the markings on her body are less distinct due to fur length. Smokefeather's long fur hides a relatively slim frame. It's a bit shorter on her paws and face, but is otherwise fluffy and not suited to hot weather. Being a SkyClan cat, her hind legs and haunches are well-muscled and built for climbing trees.

There are puncture scars mostly hidden by fur on the back of her neck, from a fox. Her left hindleg is heavily scarred, and Smokefeather walks with a limp as a result.
